Hi everyone! I've been living in Japan for over 2 months now. It was a crazy whirlwind of packing up my life and moving here with my husband, but now we are starting to settle in. Unfortunately, we had many initial expenses like buying a car and furniture, so cosplay hasn't really been a priority lately. I do miss seeing everyone though, especially all the fun times that were had at Dragon*Con and AWA! ;___; I have yet to attend any Japanese cosplay events, but hopefully sometime in the future I will. The husbando and I are visiting Tokyo in December so Comiket is a possibility, but I'm not sure if I want to cosplay there since it will be so cold!

The good news is that my job is going well. I love teaching in Japan, because I do something different every day. Living here is also interesting. We live out in the countryside, so that has its ups & downs, but overall I'm quite happy with our new life. It's also nice having access to so many Japanese goods, and shipping here is DIRT CHEAP!!! Bring on the figures! XD
