Costumes I'm working on:

So I attended Anime Weekend Atlanta last weekend for the 7th year in a row!! Despite a lot of personal things going on, I did have an enjoyable time overall. It's too bad the weather didn't want to cooperate, but at least things worked out for Friday photoshoots. I wore everything as planned except Ranka on Thursday, since I was too busy/tired.

The main highlight of the con for me was Saturday, for sure! I was blown away by all the amazing costumes in the contest, and surprised I won the "Best Anime" category for my Louise Ballgown. ^_^;; Thanks to everyone who encouraged me to finish! It was definitely a dream to complete and wear. and I had a great time together Hope to receive photoshoot pics soon~

For the rest of the year I'm going to be working on the following costumes. I want to get these done before I start on my 2 big projects for next year! I really wanted to chill after AWA but I guess that's just not happening, haha.

Ahhhh it's so close!!! Probably my most beloved convention I attend each year. It's also my "home con" -- this will be my 7th AWA and marks my 6th anniversary of getting into this crazy hobby. ^_^; I am sewing like mad to finish my new costumes. Here is what my schedule is looking like

★ Friday AM: Louise de la Valliere - Zero no Tsukaima
★ Friday PM: Aoi Nagisa - Strawberry Panic!
